To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Tea Storage

How should I store my tea?

Properly storing loose leaf tea keeps it fresh and flavorful for longer. Loose leave tea should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally in an airtight container. All of our teas are packaged in resealable bags that are perfect for storing the tea this way.

Avoid refrigerating or freezing the dry tea leaves - moisture is their enemy.

How long is tea good for?

Dried tea leaves technically don't expire, they just lose flavor over time, resulting in a weaker brew. For the best flavor and experience, you should try to brew your tea within 2 years after you purchase it.
