Alishan High Mountain Oolong

An elegant high mountain oolong with delicate orchid and pear notes, a smooth character, and a lingering finish.

Ingredients: Oolong tea from Chiayi County, Taiwan

Brewing Instructions:
1. Heat water to 190°F (88°C).
2. Add 1.5 teaspoons of the tea leaves to about 8oz (1 cup) of water.
3. Steep the tea leaves in the water for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Remove the tea leaves, and enjoy!
5. Re-steep the leaves 2 to 3 more times!
