Bai Mu Dan

Fresh and balanced, Bai Mu Dan (White Peony) brews a smooth, lightly full cup with notes of melon, hay, and soft florals. Lightly caffeinated and perfect for an easy, refreshing sip any time of day.

Ingredients: "White Peony", White tea* from Fujian Province, China (* Organic)

Brewing Instructions:
1. Heat water to 185°F (85°C).
2. Add 1.5 teaspoons of the tea leaves to about 8oz (1 cup) of water.
3. Steep the tea leaves in the water for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Remove the tea leaves, and enjoy!
5. Re-steep the leaves 2 to 3 more times!
