Golden Monkey

Smooth and full-bodied, Bai Lin Gong Fu (Golden Monkey) is a refined black tea with notes of cocoa and malt, layered with a sweet, slightly viscous texture and hints of fruit and floral. A gentle bite rounds it out without overpowering.

Ingredients: Bai Lin Gong Fu White Pekoe, Black tea from Fujian Province, China

Brewing Instructions:
1. Heat water to 212°F (100°C).
2. Add 1.5 teaspoons of the tea leaves to about 8oz (1 cup) of water.
3. Steep the tea leaves in the water for 3 to 5 minutes.
4. Remove the tea leaves, and enjoy!
