Jasmine Yin Hao

A beautifully balanced jasmine green tea made with Yin Hao green tea leaves. The cup brews a rich golden color with a smooth, almost honey-like body. Fragrant jasmine leads, complemented by fresh vegetal notes and a gentle fruitiness, finishing sweet with a soft umami depth.

Ingredients: Green tea and jasmine flowers from Fujian Province, China

Brewing Instructions:
1. Heat water to 185°F (85°C).
2. Add 1.5 teaspoons of the tea leaves to about 8oz (1 cup) of water.
3. Steep the tea leaves in the water for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Remove the tea leaves, and enjoy!
5. Re-steep the leaves 2 to 3 more times!
