Ingredients: Rooibos*, tulsi*, lemon verbena, rose hips*, elderberry*, hibiscus*, calendula petals*, rose petals, lavender* (* Organic)

CONTAINS: Hibiscus may contain fragments of peanut shells

Brewing Instructions:
1. Heat water to 212°F (100°C).
2. Add 1.5 teaspoons of the tea leaves to about 8oz (1 cup) of water.
3. Steep the tea leaves in the water for 5 to 7 minutes.
4. Remove the tea leaves, and enjoy!
