Lemon Verbena

A bright and citrusy loose leaf herbal tea made from lemon verbena leaves, naturally calming and caffeine-free. Also known as verveine.

Ingredients: Lemon Verbena from Morocco

Brewing Instructions:
1. Heat water to 212°F (100°C).
2. Add 1.5 teaspoons of the tea leaves to about 8oz (1 cup) of water.
3. Steep the tea leaves in the water for 5 to 7 minutes.
4. Remove the tea leaves, and enjoy!
