Ripe Pu'er (Shou)

Rich and earthy, this Yunnan Ripe Pu'er brews a deep, dark cup with smooth notes of wood, spice, and damp forest floor. Fully fermented for a mellow, rounded profile, it’s low in bitterness and easy to drink from the first steep.

Ingredients: Ripe, Loose Pu'er from Yunnan Province, China

Brewing Instructions:
1. Heat water to 212°F (100°C).
2. Add 1.5 teaspoons of the tea leaves to about 8oz (1 cup) of water.
3. Steep the tea leaves in the water for 3 to 5 minutes.
4. Remove the tea leaves, and enjoy!
